Magicube Unveils New DTF Printers for Digital Textile Printing

In the rapidly evolving digital textile printing sector, efficiency, precision and reliability have become critical competitive advantages. Magicube introduces its DTF-600/DTF-800 series printers, offering comprehensive solutions that redefine direct-to-film (DTF) printing experiences for garment professionals.

The DTF-600/DTF-800 series addresses common industry challenges including dimensional inconsistencies, insufficient precision, and workflow disruptions between printing and powder processing stages. Engineered with standard garment production sizes in mind, these systems ensure accurate outputs while seamlessly integrating printing and powder handling operations.

Featuring space-efficient yet robust construction, the printers combine functional elegance with workspace optimization. The systems incorporate premium components including Epson-certified i1600/i3200 print heads (configurable in 2/3/4 units) with PrecisionCore technology, Hiwin linear guides, and Megadyne timing belts. The aluminum alloy beam construction enhances durability and print accuracy.

The series introduces several automated features:

• Integrated powder collection and recycling system with mechanical spiral design
• Smart white ink circulation to prevent sedimentation
• Low-ink alert system for uninterrupted production
• Electric media roller control for precise alignment
• Collision prevention with memory function for interrupted jobs

The systems support diverse fabric types including cotton, polyester, nylon and denim, suitable for T-shirts, hoodies, sportswear, pants and canvas bags. The 40cm working width accommodates standard PET film sizes commonly used in garment decoration.

Additional functional elements include integrated control panels, standard take-up systems with dual-motor drives, branded circuit breakers for electrical protection, and optional built-in fume filters. The printers operate with Maintop RIP software (FlexiPrint optional) and maintain optimal performance at 20-28°C with 40-60% humidity.
